Vinyl & Cloth Awning Cleaners

Universal VINYL CLEANER – formulated to remove most dirt and stains from vinyl fabric. Use full strength on excessively dirty material and first time cleaning. Dilute up to 20:1 with water for general maintenance cleaning. UN-DILUTED 1 gallon cleans 600 to 750 square feet.

Universal FABRIC CLEANER - formulated to remove dirt and stains from open weave cloth fabric including natural, synthetics and blends. This cleaner can be used straight for very dirty fabrics with no prior cleaning. Can be diluted up to 20:1 with clean water for general maintenance cleaning. UN-DILUTED 1 gallon cleans 600 to 750 square feet.

SAFE WASH – Concentrated cleaner formulated for light and delicate vinyl and open weave materials such as balloons, banners, signs, coated fabric, color fast material, flags, etc. UN-DILUTED 1 gallon cleans up to 600 square feet.

Universal MAINTENANCE CLEANER – A super concentrated all surface cleaner shipped with out water. Used by professionals to clean awnings, tents, banners, flags, cement, stucco, driveways, wood, brick, and plastic. This product, must be re-constituted with water. 1 gallon reconstitutes to make 4 concentrated gallons of cleaner. Used full strength after reconstituting does 600-750 square feet per gallon.

STAIN MAGIC – Granular additive for use in Universal VINYL and FABRIC CLEANER, for cleaning tough stains, mold, mildew, and biological's. Add 1-2 ounces in one gallon of cleaning solution and mix thoroughly to dissolve. Makes up to 160 gallons of stain remover.

MACHINE LAUNDRY DETERGENT – Granular powdered cleaning detergent, for use with large industrial fabric washing machines. If you have a large tent or awning washing machine and you clean them in one big machine, this is the cleaner for you. Contains no inert fillers, just active bidegradable ingredients. It is a heavy duty biological, dirt, and stain cleaner for both cloth and vinyl materials. Use 1 pound to 50-75 gallons of water. Makes no foam so rinse out is easy.

Universal VINYL SEALER 12 – Establishes a microscopic, clear barrier to assist in UV protection, prevention of mold and mildew, and leave a non-stick surface on the material.. This awninng sealer is ideal for areas where maintenance will only take place once yearly. Professional application will provide 1000 square feet per gallon.

Universal ULTRA GLOSS – This non-stick vinyl awning sealer can last up to 18 months and is formulated to produce a high gloss wet look to the material. This sealer’s protective barrier will help bring out the original colors of faded and oxidized materials as well as protect the fabric from pollution, dirt, fallout, the sun, etc. 1 gallons covers 1000 square feet.

Perma-Seal FABRIC SEALER #1– For use on breathable fiber fabric including natural, synthetic, or blend awning. Strengthens the fibers, creates water repellency and helps establish UV protection. Proper application will provide water repellency for over to 2 years. Just spray on dry fabric. 1 Gallon covers 200-400 square feet based on fabric thickness.

Perma-Seal FABRIC SEALER #3 – Designed to restore the lost acrylic/vinyl finish to open weave fabrics. For use on non-breathing fixed position fabrics – no rolling folding or creasing. Easy to use, just spray on dry fabric. One gallon covers 200-400 square feet based on fabric thickness. This is a water based sealer that glues the leakiest awnings back together.

Perma-Seal FABRIC WEATHERIZER – Open weave fabric awning protector that leaves a non-stick surface on the fabric to help prevent most pollutants from adhering to the surface of the material. It is excellent for sun fading protection. Proper application will provide protection in excess of one year. 1 gallon covers close to 200-400 square feet.
